Experience a high tea for the purist, the original classic featuring finger-licking scones nefariously dolloped with clouds of vanilla chantilly, ethically and locally sourced fruits are smashed to craft rich pickled fruit spreads as well as line caught Tasmanian salmon to be the savoury savour to break up the tiers of sweet goodness.
